UK & Albania Internship
Investing in the next generation of mission leaders
The VCC & Tek Ura Internship is an exciting new opportunity for emerging leaders to serve with Vale Community Church (Bedfordshire, UK) and Tek Ura (Tirana, Albania). This unique 10–12 month programme combines local pioneering ministry with cross-cultural mission — investing in you, as you invest in God’s kingdom.

What you’ll do
- Serve in pioneering micro-church projects in Marston Moretaine — Messy Mums, The Venue, The Shed, Doubts & Drinks and The Table.
- Gain cross-cultural experience through a 3-month placement with Tek Ura in Albania, working in holistic mission and community outreach.
- Be mentored, trained and discipled by experienced leaders.
- Grow in confidence, faith and ministry skills.
What we’re looking for
- A committed follower of Jesus, eager to grow in faith and service.
- Flexible, adventurous, and willing to learn in both local and cross-cultural contexts.
- Supported by a sending church to partner in prayer and fundraising.
- A willingness to serve wholeheartedly in both contexts.
What’s provided
- Accommodation and food with host families.
- A £5,000 living allowance (subject to a successful CBA application).
- Training, mentoring and supervision throughout.
What you contribute
- Fundraising (with your sending church) to cover flights, the Albania placement and ministry costs — around £6,100–£6,500.
- A willingness to serve wholeheartedly in both contexts.
