Let’s make this Christmas a time to shine God’s light across our village.
Some of these are loud and full of people. Some are quiet. One is for anyone who finds this time of year hard. You don’t need to come to church to come to any of them, and you don’t need to know anybody — plenty of people arrive on their own and leave having met someone.

We join our friends at The Heart of Marston to celebrate Christmas together with the village.

The Christmas story told by all ages, followed by our church Christmas lunch. Expect tea towels, tinsel and a fair amount of joy.
Blue Christmas
A gentle, reflective service with room for grief, loneliness, or simply a hard year. Everyone welcome.
Carols by Candlelight
Readings and carols by candlelight — the one people tell us they look forward to all year.
The Table Christmas Celebration
A family Christmas meal and festivities for people across the village — our weekly free meal, in its Christmas best. Free and open to all.
Christingle
A fun all-age service to start Christmas. Oranges, sweets, candles and the story at the heart of it all.
Blue Christmas — Wednesday 16 December, 7pm
Christmas isn’t simple for everyone. For some it lands in the middle of grief, or illness, or an empty chair at the table. For others it’s just been a long, heavy year.
Blue Christmas is a quiet service with space to be honest about that. No pressure to sing, nothing expected of you, and no one will ask you to explain yourself. Come as you are, stay as long as you want.
You’re welcome at any of it
Most of what happens at Christmas here happens because someone offered to help — cooking, setting out chairs, making Christingles, or just standing at the door and saying hello. If you’d like to be part of that, speak to Annie or get in touch.
